If a player was still registered ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SEASON 2013/14 THEN THE T10 PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM COMPLETED WITH THE PLAYERS ID NUMBER FROM THE ID CARD, THESE REQUIRE A NEW PHOTO BUT NO PROOF OF AGE - A copy of form to be sent / handed to the Membership / Secretary
