The financial commitment for this redevelopment will be huge, Club President Neil Workman, outlined the re-financing of the club to manage the current structure and running of Ards Rugby Club.

He then outlined how the redevelopment plans will be funded primarily through grants and informed those present of the work done thus far with consultants and experts in the field of grant aid applications.

Club members, which includes life members, playing and non-playing, male and female, youth and mini and parents are called upon to support us and ' Be part of' ' our redevelopment plans.

We are not just planning for the future of rugby in the area but also for the future of the next generation, the youth and the local community.

The work thus far has been a huge undertaking by members of the current Executive Committee and a small sub committee of co-opted members; but, the work, the enthusiasm and leadership of Club President Neil Workman cannot be underestimated.
