Bangor RFC has had a ladies team for 4 years, and is now looking for some new members for its youth and adult teams.
If you are aged 15 or over and are interested in keeping fit and making new friends, then come along. No previous experience is required!
Training starts on Sunday 2nd September from 12 noon to 1:30pm at Bangor Rugby Club, Upritcahrd Park, Bloomfield Road.
