The club is pleased to announce its latest new signing of the summer, in highly-rated midfield player Elliot Scotcher.
The 23-year old from Pembrokeshire is a former Wales U16 and U17 international and comes to Jenner Park from fellow Welsh Premier League outfit Aberystwyth Town.
Arriving at Portman Road during Roy Keane's tenure as manager, Scotcher was a scholar at Championship club Ipswich Town, before returning to South Wales, enrolling at Cardiff Met University and becoming a key figure in the Archers' climb of the Welsh domestic pyramid.
After graduating, Elliot signed for Merthyr Town of the Evo-Stik League, before switching to the black and green of Aberystwyth in January 2017's transfer window.
A former Cardiff City youngster with additional experience at Carmarthen Town and Newport County, Elliot commented: "I'm delighted to have joined such a progressive club at an important moment in its history.
"After speaking with Gavin and hearing his plans it was a straight forward decision for me to join.
"I've played with or against a number of the lads in the squad previously and I'm looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together this season".
Manager Gavin Chesterfield added:"Throughout our discussions, Elliot has shown a real desire to be part of our club and what we are about.
"He is a player who fits our philosophy and style very well and will add further creativity and quality to our midfield.
"I'm looking forward to working with Elliot and helping him fulfill his undoubted potential."
Welcome to Jenner Park, Elliot!
