Wayne joined Barwell pre-season from Evesham United having previously played for Stourbridge, Bedford Town, Kettering Town, Solihull Borough, Stevenage Borough, Sutton Coldfield Town, Hinckley United and, most recently, Bromsgrove Rovers, Chasetown, Hinckley United and Evesham.
He was also captain of his national side, Montserrat.
