Here is a sneak preview of the finished dementia support hub in Tangmere, near Chichester, West Sussex. Why Dementia Support? Our vision is a society where dementia is wholly understood and accepted enabling people living with dementia to be fully supported throughout the whole of their journey, now and in the future. Dementia Support was founded in 2014 to provide a vital service offering support, guidance and care for people in our community living with dementia. West Sussex Dementia Framework Report, jointly produced by West Sussex County Council and the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, estimates 14,820 people are living in West Sussex with dementia and this is set to increase by 26% in 2021.
