EVO STIK NPL DIVISION ONE SOUTH
STOCKSBRIDGE PARK STEELS v BRIGG TOWN
KICK OFF 7:45pm
With just three games remaining of the season the Zebras head over to Stocksbridge hoping to gain a point or three to bring some joy to their long suffering support.
Saturday saw a much improved side go down 1-0 to play off chasing Stafford Rangers. Chairman of Brigg Si Harris was pleased with the commitment shown by young side.
'They battled well and kept Stafford to just the one goal and they kept scrapping away and could with just a little luck have gained a point from the fixture. But that's football when your down the luck runs against you.
The game against Steels will be another battle but the lads will keep giving their best until the end of the season' said Simon.
Stocksbridge have not had the best of seasons themselves sitting in 18th place in the table. They suffered a 4-2 defeat at Coalville last Saturday but they will be looking to give their supporters something to cheer as the season winds down.
It's not that far to travel to Stocksbridge and it would be nice to see a few Zebras there.
