Tribute Cornwall Cup Semi-Final draw

Jeff Nicholas25 Nov 2012 - 10:18

Camborne get a home semi-final in the Tribute Cornwall Cup.

Following the disappointment of a quarter final walkover the Cherry & Whites have been drawn at home in the semi.
They have avoided Wadebridge Camels and the in form St Ives with a tie against Western Counties Bude at the REC.
Although the North Cornwall outfit lie near the foot of the table they have hit a recent run of form defeating Penryn in the Quarter final then top of the table and previously undefeated St Austell in the league.

Town know the draw gives them a superb chance of making their 3rd final in 5 seasons but won't be taking any chances in the match which takes place on the 9th Feb.
In the other Semi final it's Wadebridge who have been drawn at home to the Hakes. All there the clubs are 2 leagues apart this match will be a close run affair with the 'new look' fishermen running away with the Devon & Cornwall league.

In the Cornwall Junior Cup Camborne's Veor have also been given an home tie where they will meet St Agnes.
