Playing in the A team (Cup) competition, we lost our first match to Hertford but then beat Fullerians and Harpenden.

This left us in 2nd place at the lunchtime break and then in the final match we played and beat Datchworth.

All of the teams in our pool were League 1 or 2, we were the only League 3 team in this group and to win the tournament against teams from such a high quality of clubs as the aforementioned was a tremendous achievement.

The boys played an outstanding level of rugby today where all members of the squad were instrumental in the positive outcome.

It was a tremendous day, our hosts Hertford ran a very smooth tournament and it was a fantastic festival that we were very pleased to have attended and thrilled to bits to have won!
