Re: Annual Christmas Party
I am writing to invite you and members of your section to our Annual Christmas parties, which is being held on Saturday 17th December 2011.

If your section have not already booked a Christmas Party then please seriously consider attending, as the club needs your support for the doors to stay open. You may consider joining a larger group on the date mentioned above.

I was very disappointed to learn that some sections are holding a Christmas party elsewhere and therefore not supporting the club at all. Can those sections that have not booked please consider booking a table however small to celebrate the festive season.

Thank you to all those sections that have booked individual parties on other days but perhaps next year would consider joining in the clubs Christmas Party
