We are a small, welcoming club with a thriving Minis rugby section. Our U12s team caters for Year 7 boys only (girls have their own team!). Players continue to practise and perfect their scrummaging, rucking, mauling and kicking.

We train on Sundays (September to April) from 11am - 12.30pm except when we are playing a match. We play matches on Sunday mornings, at home and away, against other rugby clubs from across the region. We also train Wednesday evenings 6 - 7.15pm.

New players are welcome throughout the season. If your Year 7 son is interested in giving rugby a go, feel free to drop in at a training session (see 'fixtures' to find out when we will be training at Blackwell Meadows). Be dressed for the weather in tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt, jumper (coat, hat and gloves occasionally!) and trainers or football/rugby boots if you have them. Please remember to bring a gum shield.

New players are entitled to two free taster sessions and subs are then £14/month. All players will need to register with the RFU (free) and become members of DRFC (£30 annual fee).
