Who knows if we will make the play-offs, or how we will do if we qualify for them? Fingers crossed we do...

Regardless...it's been an amazing season at Champion Hill, with our biggest home attendances for, probably, half a century or more...and great community work continuing off the pitch.

To celebrate all of this we are staging an end-of-season spectacular, with something for everyone to enjoy.

On Friday 6th May, admission free, kick off 7.45pm, a team made up from our double-winning Youth Team squad, under the wing of Gavin Rose's ASPIRE Academy, will be playing a friendly against a team from the charity 'Football Beyond Borders', made up of a mix of their coaching staff and youngsters who they work with. We hope there will be a bucket collection for them on the night. This will be the first of our Club working with the people from FBB, as they will be the official Dulwich Hamlet Football Club charity partner for the 2016/17 season.

On Saturday 7th May, kick off 3.00pm, the Supporters' Team will take on a Club & Staff XI, a game that Gavin Rose himself asked for, to thank the fans for their loyal support over the season.

For any fans who might want a run-out, please-in the first instance-send an email to the Supporters' Team management (Lester Ford & Shaun Dooley) by dropping them a line to: lezford@sky.com

Whether watching or playing why not bring all of the family along...the bar will open, there will be a bouncy castle for kids, and for the afternoon Jack McInroy, from the 'Hamlet Historian' magazine, will be having a 'pop-up Dulwich Hamlet Museum' in the Boardroom for everyone to look at.

After this match there will be the Player-of-the-Year awards in the Clubhouse, with the presentations commencing at seven o'clock.

As if all of that wasn't mouthwatering enough you can return to Champion Hill on the Sunday afternoon, 8th May. Former Dulwich Hamlet player Lionel Best has been worked extremely hard with another former wearer of the Pink & Blue in Paul Gbogidi, to contact enough old stars of yesteryear to form a former Hamlet XI to take on a current Club side. Just a few of the names promising to be involved include the likes of John Egan; Lennie Dennis; Carl Richards; Jon Daly; Lee Akers; Gary Hewitt; Albert Hunter...trust me the list goes on & on!

This is a game not to be missed, kick off at TWO O'CLOCK and it's a fundraiser for Lionel's very own youth motivational project called Besty's Inspirational Guidance, and admission will be by donation.

If those games have whetted your appetite then look back here, on the official Dulwich Hamlet website, to see HOW you can BID to play in the match yourself!

And, of course, the bar will be open afterwards...
