Staffordshire Intermediate Cup Final

The 6 May 2012, a perfect day for rugby, The Eccleshall Rangers took on Handsworth in the final of the Staffordshire Intermediate Cup Final.

Three coaches full of players and supporters travelled to Burton and, swelled by copious amounts of beer, were entertained to 80 mins of exciting play.

Holding Handsworth in all areas of play, regretably the opposition defence held strong and Eccleshall were defeated 20-8 however, the Staffs RFU appreciated the effort put in and awarded Captin Nick Hulse the man of the match.
