The new players all arrived at Shepherd Neame Stadium to sign forms within an hour.
Lilywhites favourite Simon Overland has rejoined the club as keeper from local rivals Sittingbourne, and replaces departing Will Godmon.
Striker Sam Lawford, 18, has signed after a two-year scholarship at Gillingham, where he also played three months on loan at Ramsgate last season.
Herne Bay forward Mark Lovell, 33, has also joined the squad along with two central midfielders - Danny Walder, 27, from Sheppey Utd and Macauley Murray, 22, from Ramsgate.
