The minimum qualification requirement is for a full UEFA 'A' Licence or indeed be actively working towards UEFA 'A' Licence Certification.
The Successful Candidate should be able to demonstrate having the following key attributes :
- Man-Management Skills
- Network/Contacts/Recruitment Methods
- Communication Skills
- Motivation/ Enthusiasm
- Ability to Promote Youth
In addition to those characteristics listed above, the successful Applicant will have an understanding of the FAW Pyramid System and will buy into the history of Flint Town United and assist with the Clubs' strategic vision for the future.
This is a Part Time Role with remuneration to be negotiated at interview stage
The Club intend on having a new manager in place as soon as possible, so ideally, the successful candidate will be able to take up the post immediately upon being appointed.
