Or you can hand completed sheets and entry fee to me at a game.

Don't just print off one sheet, print several and hand them out to friends, relatives and work mates. The more who enter, the more you will win.

I will also have a supply of sheets with me at the games and there are some in the canteen and bar.

Half of the entry fee will go to the club, the other half will be split with 75% going to the winner and 25% to whoever is second.
