The Netball Performance League consists of 10 teams of players, who are selected to represent the Youth squad's of the 8 NSL franchises or either the South or West Midlands region. The players are in the athlete pathway for progression to possibly become future NSL players. This was previously known as the National Talent League (NTL).

Over a season, each team play each other once and in a league structure, with an NPL Champion crowned at the end of the season. Here you will find information on the teams with fixtures, results and the current league table.
