Scarlett McMahon makes the grade at the Welsh football trials - well done.

It's a fantastic achievement for Scarlett to represent her national team and it's a good representation of how hard Scarlett is working to improve herself and our team. Becky and I are really proud of her and know that she will do brilliant.
- Stacy Partridge (Coach).

Scarlett attended the Wales Women's & Girls' National Football trials on Friday 28th October at Dragon Park, Newport, South Wales. Scarlett joined our club over the summer and has been a great addition to the U12's girls' team.

She qualified for the trials because she was born in Bangor. Over 350 attended on the day with approx 70 in Scarlett's age group. She competed in three heats, and her parents received an email this week from the Woman's National teams secretary saying that she was successful and is now added to their female national team player pathway.

Her Mum Alicia said: 'She will be part of the youngest age group of players, and be part of the Wales Youth teams. They've said this pathway offers Scarlett opportunities to keep developing with the assistance of their national team staff and that this pathway is designed to assist players to gain International caps at age group and senior level for Wales in the future.'

We are all really proud of you Scarlett and we hope you enjoy your time with the Welsh youth team. Keep up the good work and well done again from your coaches - Stacy & Becky, your team mates and all of us at the club.
