The very first annual Gorilla Ball will take place at the Victory Services Club in Marble Arch, in the heart of London's West End on Saturday 29th August 2015.

The Victory Services Club is a prestigious Military Members Club for retired, and serving members of the Armed Forces, which was founded in 1907 and shares a similar ethos the Gorillas and Hire a Hero in their support to serving and retired military personnel.

Our guests will be greeted by a porter via the exclusive Seymour Street entrance, where a cloakroom and our own restroom facilities will be available. The entrance and main hall are fully configured for disabled access.

Tables of 10, either in the standard ground floor area, or in the VIP area on a raised balcony.

Complimentary reception drinks (2 glasses of house wine or Prosecco per person) will be served at 1800, with everyone seated for dinner at 1900.

A mouth-watering 3-course meal, with vegetarian option, will be served 'Silver Service' to your table, along with tea & coffee following dinner. Complimentary wine will be poured with additional champagne and port on the VIP tables. Additional drinks can be purchased with a full waiter service at your table.

Speech by Chris Bell, the former Wasps Rugby centre and captain. Chris has played for Harlequins, Yorkshire Carnegie, Sale and Wasps and was capped for England at age-group and Saxons levels.

There will be a charity auction and raffle with some great prizes lined up, including some rugby and military items which are one-off and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Speeches will be short and precise, and will include a series of toasts to remember fallen colleagues, which will lead us to the opening of the stage and dance floor to enjoy the remainder of the night and mingle with friends new and old. Some special fun games will take place throughout the night for those brave enough to volunteer! Carriages at midnight.

Accommodation is available within the Victory Services Club. They have a variety of room options to suit a range of budgets, and serve a full breakfast in the morning. Rooms are on a 'first come, first served' basis and due to it being a Bank Holiday weekend, you are advised to book up promptly.

We are hoping to have the genuine Rugby World Cup there on the night, plus many more exciting things to announce over the next few months prior to the event including live music and some VIP guests - watch this space!

We are offering a corporate bold on package for our commercial guests which includes branding of your table, an online marketing campaign, mention in the official dinner menu, a brief overview in the speeches, and your logo or name on next seasons Gorillas playing kit.
