On Sunday 5th March, the club will be having a Club Day at Kingston Park for the Newcastle Falcons v Saracens game (2pm K0), prior to this game the Houghton RUFC Boars are playing Newton Aycliffe in a Memorial game for the late Terry Parsons (11am KO).

Between the two games mentioned above the club has been given the opportunity to raise funds for the #ScrumFund and club facilities.
The coaches of each age group will be getting volunteers as part of the bucket shake.

There will be no rugby at the club that day and we are encouraging all club members to attend both games. Tickets for the game can be purchased through Falcons Club Ambassador Chris Simpson. Tickets will be avaliable at standard Falcons rates of £5 for U16 anywhere in the ground, with adult tickets starting at £10. Chris will be at the club on a Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday to collect money. If there is enough interest the club will look to put coaches onto the game.

As an additional incentive to purchase tickets for the Saracens game, all U16 tickets purchased will be put into a prize draw to win one of two places on the Falcons Camp that the club will be hosting on 12th and 13th April.

The deadline for all tickets will be Sunday 19th February, anyone wanting tickets after this date will need to do so direct with the Falcons.
