After 8 years of banging on doors, dozens of false horizons and hundreds of ifs, buts and maybes we are finally within sight of our new building.
We have purposely avoided discussing the new clubhouse because we have been let down so many times that we were beginning to give up hope.
Now, we have a commitment that the go ahead will be confirmed during July and we have already lined up PBS our main contractor for a meeting next Friday.
We will be looking for support from everyone to get this building up as quickly and cost effectively as possible, without detracting from or compromising the quality and functionality of the project.
