Burnham have extended the loan of Adrian Sear from Calor League Southern Premier Division rivals St Neots Town and have taken Montell Moore and George Pilbeam on loan from Sky Bet League One side Brentford.

Moore is an attacking player who can play on the left, right or through the middle.

The 17-year-old made eight appearances for the youth team in 2011/12 and was an unused substitute in the FA Youth Cup defeat against Stoke.

He has a good eye for goal and finished last season as the youth team's top scorer with five goals in all competitions, including the winners against both Cardiff and Brighton.

Pilbeam is a versatile player who can play in central midfield as well as at right-back.

The 17-year-old made three appearances for the youth team in 2011/12 and last season featured twenty-seven times for both the youth team and Development Squad and was youth team captain for the second half of the season.
