Neil has been offered the assistant manager role at Crewe Alexandra following Dario Gradi's decision to step down. Whilst Neil has thoroughly enjoyed his time back at Harrison Park, this is a role that he cannot refuse.

For the time being, the remainder of the management team will continue to take control of team affairs, but a board meeting is due to be held in two weeks time when we will consider all options available.
