We officially welcome Paul Roberts as our new assistant manager and coach for Llandudno Ladies FC.

Paul has a vast footballing history including playing for Chester academy under the likes of Kevin Ratcliffe, Mark Wright and Gordan Hill. Also, playing for Caernarfon, Colwyn Bay, Llangefni and winning the league and North Wales cup with Llandudno FC.

Along with his playing history, Paul has plenty of experience coaching. Paul coached Chester development and in the community, Llandudno juniors U7s to U12s and Llandudno academy U7s and now going up to the U12s with the same boys as well as developing Shea Pita who is in his 3rd year with Everton and Emily Howson who is in her 2nd year with Liverpool.

He has also completed multiple courses including 11v11 formations and systems of play, developing a team philosophy and purpose, key moments in the game and many others.

Former Llandudno Ladies FC coach Mark Jones had to step down due to work commitments after around 6 years at the club. We would like to thank Mark for all the help he has gave Llandudno Ladies and wish him the best for the future.

We welcome Paul on his new journey with LLLFC and are keen to see what he can bring to the club. We’ll be hearing from Paul over the coming days on his thoughts about his new venture.
