The Committee would like to remind all members that the deadline for subs is 30th September - as notified previously and via notices in the club, any accounts not renewed by this date will mean that membership cards are disabled and discounted bar prices are not obtainable.

The Committee would be very grateful if all members could pay this season’s subscriptions as soon as possible and certainly before 30th September, 2013. At the last AGM the fees were reviewed and agreed as follows:

• Gold Card - £125.00
• Vice President - £40.00
• Player - £30.00
• Social - £10.00
• Senior Citizen - £5.00

If you are an existing member, in possession of a pale blue membership card, please ensure that you have this when you renew at the bar.

If you are a new member or do not have a card, please complete a “Membership Application Form” which will be available behind the bar or attached to this notice – a card will be allocated within a few days for collection.

For Gold Card membership, please contact Andrew Phillips or Mal Schofield directly.

Vice Presidents - we will, subject to sufficient interest, be holding a VP event after one of the 1st XV home fixtures this season – something that has not happened for a few seasons! The date will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Players should ensure they pay their subs by 30th September to ensure they have insurance cover.

Currently I have a significant number of membership cards which have never been issued – any membership account for which I have the card AND there has been no bar purchases since 1st June 2012 have now been disabled. These cards/account numbers will be re-allocated.

I also have a number of additional cards which have had bar purchases during the last year – these members must be using an old yellow or dark blue card or are not using a card at all (and are just quoting their membership number at the bar)! The bar staff have been instructed that there should be no discounted prices without a pale blue membership card. All legacy cards will be retained. A current card will only be issued on payment of your subscription.

Any memberships which are not renewed by 30th September will be disabled, meaning that the discounted prices will not be available.
