Wales prop Adam Jones has been ordered to go on a diet by Cardiff Blues' director of rugby Mark Hammett.
The 33-year-old, who has won three Grand Slams with Wales and featured in all of his country's RBS Six Nations contests this year, put pen to paper on a one-year deal with the Blues this month.
