It is a great achievement for the boys to have made it this far.

Lachlan Menzies, a second/back row player from Breadalbane Academy started at 4 for the young Caley team, despite only having played rugby for just over a 18 months, as did Jack Bruce, a winger from Strathallan School. Ben Eynon (Perth Academy) and Kaleem Barreto (Glenalmond College) came off the bench to put in good performances in a good win for the Caley team.

They face Edinburgh District U16's next week, with places in East (Edinburgh Rugby) v West (Glasgow Warriors) match up for grabs.
