There has been a massive improvement in the conditions at Greenwich Avenue during the day and, having made a further inspection this afternoon, Millboys secretary Chris Munroe has contacted Les Lee to inform him that the pitch will be playable.

Since recent postponements mean no programme has been printed with the ground directions to Basford included, they are as follows:-
A614/A60 to 'Hammonds Corner' in Arnold, where turn right onto B6004. Remain on B6004 (BEWARE SPEED CAMERAS) until after Basford level crossing (adjacent to Davids Lane tram station) then take second right into Bagnall Road, past the Mill (public house), then right into Greenwich Avenue and the ground entrance is straight ahead.
