Notice is given of a Special General Meeting of Rams Rugby Football Club Ltd. to be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday 25 October 2018 at 7.15pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following resolution:
RESOLUTION
that the financial statements of the Club’s affairs and the auditors’ report on such statements for the financial year ended 30 April 2018 placed before the meeting are approved.
