This is a day packed with activity for girls of all ages and ladies who are keen to get involved in the club from both a fitness and rugby perspective!

The day kicks off at 9am with a free and fantastic fitness session led by the outdoor fitness company One Element with coaching from England women's player Fran Mathews. We encourage all fitness fans to stick
around and try a little rugby after the One Element session!

At 10am there will be light rugby sessions for all age groups with RFU and Harlequins coaches in action while the Teddington Touch team will be in attendance to take a touch taster session.

Also in the morning (KO TBC), St Mary’s University, who are partnered with Teddington, will be playing a demonstration game against an invitational University and any current under 18 years old, who are thinking about senior rugby are welcome down to meet the girls.

There's plenty of other activity on the day including a netball session, a FREE BBQ lunch for all participants and FREE face painting for the under 5s amiable all morning.

Teddington offer a number of opportunities for rugby and fitness at the club. 

We run rugby for all ladies and girls age groups with dedicated female age groups starting at Under 13 and running through U15, U18 all the way to senior ladies rugby.

We will be offering a free BBQ for everyone that joins in with free face painting for the under 5's.
