Referees

Referees are a vital part of the game of Rugby and essential to the club. At TRFC we have an active referee section, with referees at levels including experienced London Society members.

We aim to provide referees who are of a high standard and who will ensure that the game is played within the Laws and spirit of the game. At Junior levels all our referees are ELRA2 qualified.

Are you interested in becoming a referee ?

Whether you are a parent currently watching from the sidelines and willing to get involved, or an ex-player seeking to continue your involvement with the game, you will earn the undying gratitude of your age group coaches.

The club provides full support to anyone interested in becoming a referee. We will help you register for RFU ELRA training, and will pay the fees. We'll also help you get started with suitable games and support your ongoing development.
