It’s the ‘Battle of the Dales’ on Saturday when we welcome our old friends and foes, Wharfedale, who will be making the relatively 100 mile’ish journey north up the A1 to Tynedale Park.

As ever this is sure to be a keenly contested match between the sides with several statistical factors suggesting there is very little to choose between the two:-

• A 27-27 draw when the sides met at Wharfedale on 26th October earlier in the season.
• Similarity of league results this season (see below)
• Both sides have won, drawn and lost the same number of both home and away matches with Tynedale having the better league position due to accruing 5 more bonus points.

With the Past-Players Lunch taking place the clubhouse should be buzzing - come along to Tynedale Park to support the lads and join in the “derby” atmosphere
