Warrington Town's youth team travel to Moor Lane the home of Salford City FC, on Sunday as they face FC United Of Manchester in the Neil Thomason Cup Final.
This is the first season the youth team have been part of a league and have more than held their own in the Premier Division of the North West Youth Alliance with the side having secured a top half finish.
Significant progression of players from the under 18's side to the first team has been overseen by manager Chris Wel's who's players have been a massive credit to Wells and his coaching staff.
In the first round of the cup competition back in October, they disposed of favorite Altrincham in the first round with a stunning 4-0 victory. This was followed up with a tricky 2-1 win at New Mills before a semi final 5-3 win over Marine saw the club make the final.
FC United came past Northwich Victoria, Mossley and Chester to meet WArrington in this years final.
Kick off will be at 2:00pm at Mor Lane and supporters are urged to get along to the game and support these young players, amny of whom have trained and played a part in the first team squad this season.
Town will be playing in their home kit of yellow and blue.
