WRFC Clubhouse offers exclusive hire for a range of bookings and events including; weddings, gala balls and parties, to business meetings, training events and funeral receptions.
Our onsite, dedicated Chef can provide several different catering options to suit your taste and budget.
The venue has ample free parking and a dedicated co-ordinator is also on hand to help your event run smoothly.

The clubhouse is made up of three different function rooms:

The Club Room
With its own entrance and toilet facilities, our carpeted Club room is ideal for meetings and small gatherings.
This room has lots of natural light provided by sky light windows and panoramic sliding doors leading out to the patio and views of our playing fields.
Decorated in natural colours with historic rugby memorabilia, our Club room is suitable for a majority of modest bookings.

The Lounge Bar
With its own bar access, and situated off of our main function room, the lounge bar is an ideal breakout room or meeting space in its own right offering natural daylight and own bar facilities.

The Club Hall
Our main function room is light and airy with the ability to service functions for 100+ guests.
Decorated in neutral tones and with a smooth wooden floor, The Club Hall is an ideal room for a majority of conference, party or banqueting bookings.
The club hall has its own large bar area stocking a wide selection of beers and spirits and home to a selection of 20+ gins.

Outdoor Facilities
We are able to offer hire of specific areas of our grounds for fundays, sporting activities and classes. Please contact the clubhouse manager for further information

Disabled Access
Our facilites are all on one level and fully accessible to disabled clients.
We have wide doorways, step free access and disabled toilet facilities.
