After an exciting campaign so far in the Skrill North, FA Cup and FA Trophy – particularly a strong recent run in the league, City have chosen to take up their option of a second season at Aggborough for 2014/15.

City Company Secretary John Jordan said of the news, “From our point of view we have found the Aggborough experience to be a very positive one and are delighted to have extended the arrangement for a further season".

“We remain grateful to all Directors, staff and supporters from Kidderminster Harriers who have made us feel so welcome".

“We have received many positive comments from our supporters about the first class match day experience offered at Aggborough and very much hope that they will continue to support the Club through next season.”

Harriers Chairman Ken Rae added: “Understandably, Worcester moving to Aggborough temporarily was a bit of step into the unknown to a certain extent but everyone has been pleased with how things have gone".

“The grounds staff have worked tremendously hard and, approaching the business end of the season for both teams, I think it’s fair to say that hard work is bearing fruit because the pitch is in good condition all things considered.

“We look forward to working with Worcester City again over the course of the next year or so.”

Supporters of both teams can catch their side in action at Aggborough this coming weekend (22nd and 23rd March) with Harriers hosting Southport in the Skrill Premier on Saturday before Sunday’s Skrill North clash between City and Vauxhall Motors.
