On Saturday we welcomed Hay St Marys to the Mule. After an uninspiring first half where neither team created any meaningful chances, Hay took the lead after 70 odd minutes, Matthew Tong beating Lewis to the ball and poking in to an empty net.
Despite the set back, we pressed for an equaliser and it materialised 10 minutes later, Dewi Williams lofted a ball into the box from the half way line and it managed to avoid everyone to find the top corner.
We dominated the final minutes of the game but the visitors defended well and a winner was not found.

On Tuesday night we travelled to Bishops Castle for our first away test of the season.
After only 3 minutes we found ourselves 1-0 down, Martin Ziemann finding the target. However, we responded brilliantly again and this time only trailed for 5 minutes before debutant Tomos Williams hit an unstoppable 30 yard effort.
The remainder of the game was fiercely contested with Tomos grabbing himself another screamer to separate the two sides.

We have the weekend off so our next fixture is Four Crosses away on Tuesday night in the Mont Cup before travelling to Churchstoke in the league on the Friday night.
