As part of works to widen Common Edge Road and create a new road into Amy Johnson Way, utilities diversions are taking place from today.

This will mean four-way traffic lights at the junction with School Road while electricity and telecommunications cables are moved.

These are expected to last one week.

The works have been co-ordinated to make sure both cables can be diverted at the same time, to reduce the amount of time traffic lights are needed.
