Team of this week are the U14s. These lads have been together since their u8 days and have been coached all the way through by the brilliant father and daughter team of Mark and Charlotte Williams with recent coaching also coming from current first team player Jacob Landon.
Coach Mark Williams had this to say about the coming season “all the squad are excited about the season ahead with the prospect of playing on a full-sized pitch and the added dynamic of conversion kicks as well. It is great to see that a couple of the lads have been working hard during the summer to develop and hone their kicking skills. Player wise we are in reasonable shape and recently picked up some new lads to give us a squad total of 19 BUT we are always looking for more young men to join us. There is a buzz also about the new shirts kindly supplied by Sponsors Rateavon and this is the first time they will have actual numbers on their back and they are all keen to earn their spots”
