Buckland Athletic raise the curtain at the Lancer Scott on Saturday and Stags manager Tony Beecham is looking to take all three points after adding to his squad in the off season.

Beecham has added no fewer than 6 players to his squad whilst also maintaining the core group of players that held Buckland to a draw in the corresponding fixture last season.

On his new arrivals Beecham said "I had a list of players in mind and made contact during the off season and was pleased to get the lads in and settled. Obviously we were keen to keep the lads that performed so well towards the end of the season here and I am delighted how the new boys have settled in".

Beecham will be hoping to get off to a stronger start this season after managing 4 victories from their pre-season fixtures but is fully aware of the threat Buckland pose "The are a very good side and have the ability to play football but also mix it up in the right areas, and, we will need to be fully on our game if we want to take the points".

Kick off is at 15:00 with the bar open from 13:00 on Saturday.
