Worcester beat Hereford in last season's final while Old Halesonians defeated Shrewsbury in the final of the Plate competition.

Hereford will begin their cup campaign with a first round trip to Whitchurch with Old Halesonians enjoying a bye to the second round.
All first round ties are scheduled to be played by January 19.

Clubs beaten in the first round of the North Midlands Colts Cup will then enter the North Midlands Colts Plate.
