The programme for the weekend is attached, along with menus for information purposes.
As can be seen, the programme that has been agreed looks superb, with some exciting team events planned over an action packed weekend.
There are no water-based activities so that should cut down on the amount of changes of clothes required, though we do recommend that you pack plenty as we never know what the weather is going to do. It’s be better to have more than you need, rather than not enough.
All of the activities are outdoors, so suggest comfortable warm clothes, preferably layers, and definitely not those designer labels as we’re confident there will be lots of muddy activities. The activities go on into the evening so children will need an overcoat to keep warm, keep an eye on the forecast to decide if a raincoat will be needed too!!
In terms of footwear, old trainers, sturdy boots or wellington boots should all be good.
Again please look at the suggested list in the earlier article (re-attached again for info).
Everyone should look to arrive at Colomendy at approx 17:00 on Friday 21st, directions again are in the pack attached. All Coaches will be on hand to meet the players, and allocate rooms and activity groupings. Bags will be dropped in an arrival hall close to reception – again Coaches will be there to help.
On Sunday 23rd, all players will have had lunch, and be ready for pick up at Colomendy at 13:30.
Remember, your age group Coaches will be there all weekend to look after all players, please ensure they have your contact details as required over the weekend.
Hopefully this article helps with preparation, fort any more detail please contact your coach.
