Aveley FC announce new ground share partner. We have today reached an agreement with Hashtag United FC to become our new ground share partners, subject to respective leagues and Football Association approval.

“Hashtag’s Women’s team have played at Parkside for the past two seasons and we have built up a great rapport”, says Club CEO, Craig Johnson. “Our current ground improvements assist the Hashtag Women section and their ambitions, and allow the Men’s to also progress. I am delighted to have agreed this deal as this will also put our facilities on the map to a wider audience.”

Hashtag United CEO, Spencer Carmichael-Brown, added “It’s long been an ambition of ours to have our men and women’s teams playing at the same ground. When the opportunity arose to do that at Aveley it was something that had to be considered, and when you combine that with the quality of the facility and ambition that Aveley have as a football club, it made a lot of sense to make the move. We’ve worked well with Craig and everyone at Aveley over the last few seasons, so we’re excited to grow the partnership.”
