The Millers are delighted to announce the signing of centre back/midfield powerhouse Hussain Jaffa from Thurrock FC.
Hussain is known for his superb performances in the Essex Senior League for Clapton, also captaining the Tons too.
He has also played for Redbridge and the latest side in Thurrock FC, where he started playing from October this season making seven appearances. In those seven games he helped Fleet win four and only losing two.
Jaffa is a big strong player and a different type of player than those we have at Mill Field towering at 6ft 6.
Millers Boss Terry Spillane confirmed he is a big fan of Hussain. "We watched him at Clapton and have kept an eye on his progress ever since."
"Having talked to him he's a player that ticks all the boxes for us! He's very keen to improve himself and is very focus."
"When talking to him it was obvious that he's also ambitious."
"He's big and strong defensively and also a big threat in the opposing area due to his 6ft 6 frame!"
"He's a signing that will definitely add something different to our squad."
Hussain goes straight into contention for tomorrow nights game at play off chasing Norwich United. Everyone at Aveley Football Club would like to welcome Hussain to Mill Field and wish him all the best to him for his time at the club.
