Aveley smash seven past 19th placed Redbridge to move the Millers up to 9th.

The Millers ended their poor run of form with a fantastic 7-0 victory over 19th placed Redbridge.

Petrit Elbi scored a hat trick in 13 minutes and Jack Stevenson got two goals and three assists. Both put in scintillating performances to ensure the Millers show what they are truly capable of.

Redbridge started the better at Mill Field, and a good cross from George Winn just went over the bar. A minute later he tried a log shot which again didn't really test James Marrable as it sailed high and wide of the target.

The Millers came back strong, great persistence from Lamar Reynolds set up Danny Francis but his shot hits the post. Danny Francis a moment later sprinted clear through of the defence but again his shot was just inches wide of the target.

Aveley could've been three nil up with 12 minutes gone as Petrit Elbi went through on goal but this time Jack Avery was on hand to save well.

The Millers did take the lead on 16 minutes as Petrit Elbi finished superbly into the bottom corner from the edge of the area. Aveley 1-0 Redbridge.

Aveley doubled their lead the next minute as the ball came in from Lamar Reynolds to Jack Stevenson who controlled and volleyed superbly into the top corner. Aveley 2-0 Redbridge.

Great football from Jack Stevenson and Aveley's midfield put through Sammy Knott but his shot went wide of the target.

The hosts made it three as Lamar Reynolds again did superbly to play in Petrit Elbi and he slotted home into the bottom corner. Aveley 3-0 Redbridge.

The Motormen has the chance to get back into the game as Mathias Bakare dived into a tackle and got the man before the ball and a penalty was awarded by the referee. However James Marrable dived to his right and saved the spot kick superbly to keep it 3-0.

From that penalty miss the Millers countered and ended the game as a contest. Jack Stevenson played through Petrit Elbi who finished superbly with his back to goal. Aveley 4-0 Redbridge.

It was almost five a minute after as Danny Francis gets free after a super ball from Jack Stevenson but Francis shot cracked the crossbar.

James Marrable was called into action with 40 minutes gone as Damali had his long range shot tipped wide of the target.

With a minute to go of the first half the Millers made it five. A corner in from Jack Stevenson was headed towards goal by Captain Billy Holland, it hit Petrit Elbi and found its way into the back of the net. Aveley 5-0 Redbridge.

A five star performance from the Millers who added the gloss to the scoreline in the second half.

Half Time- Aveley 5-0 Redbridge.

Danny Hopkins replaced Ahmed Deen at half time as Deen had received a knock, which has now been revealed as a broken toe.

But normal service in this game resumed as Jack Stevenson dazzled past Redbridge's defence and chips Avery but he just got enough on it to deny Stevenson.

On the 60th minute Mathias Bakare was then replaced after receiving a knock on his leg and Arian Retkoceri was his replacement.

Three minutes later Jack Stevenson tapped home to make it 6-0. Again superb football from the Millers as Redbridge were carved open again, a header from Lamar Reynolds was controlled by Stevenson and he found the back of the net brilliantly. Aveley 6-0 Redbridge.

On the 72nd minute of the game Petrit Elbi had to go off as he had to get changed and ready for work. Which after scoring four goals you can forgive him for leaving early, Robbie Farrell was his replacement.

Farrell was straight into the thick of the game and his first chance cracked the post after good work from Danny Francis.

But it didn't take Robbie Farrell long to get his name on the score sheet. Yet again he chased down a lost cause, he got to the ball before Avery could and he chipped him superbly into the back of the net, an instinctive goal. Aveley 7-0 Redbridge.

Robbie Farrell could've easily had a hat trick but he was so unlucky. A great save by Jack Avery denied him and it went for a corner. The ball again came to Farrell but his follow up shot flashed wide of the target.

Full Time- Aveley 7-0 Redbridge.

Millers XI- Marrable, Bakare (Retkoceri), Knott, Willis, Bradley, Deen (Hopkins), Francis, Holland (C), Elbi (Farrell), Stevenson, Reynolds
