With the new season upon us it is vitally important that we start as we mean to go on... Like many clubs we use two systems, one to register your child to the RFU and the other to our club website to pay annual subscriptions. Steps and Links for these are within this article.

Here are a few notes about the admin that Parents/Guardians are responsible for before your child's season starts:

STEP 1:
Registration:

In line with RFU Regulations - ALL players MUST be registered to the RFU!

Returning Players who have a GMS Record and be re-registered prior to attending any sessions for training / matches. Unfortunately, this is a mandatory requirement to be able to participate with no exceptions. Please LOG IN to your parent account using your email (If you have forgotten your password this can be reset) from this link:

If your child is NEW TO RUGBY you can follow the step-by-step guided document at the bottom of this page to get yourself and your child registered for their first season of rugby.

Please Do Not Try To Pay For Subscriptions Through GMS System.

STEP 2:
Subscriptions:

All playing/social members need to register here on our Pitchero site to be able to pay annual subscriptions. This can be done by following these easy steps if you are new to pitchero:

Register a new account
-Go to the club's website
-Click 'Join' in the top right corner of the page
-Enter your details
-Click 'Join this club'
-Agree to the terms
-Terms of Service (required)
-Club's policies (required)
-Pitchero Partners (optional)
-Complete the reCAPTCHA form
-Click 'Next'
-Tick the roles you wish to apply for (if you don't wish to apply for a role, click 'Skip')
-Click 'Next step'
Parents should register with their own details, then apply for the Parent role of their child(ren) in the 'Apply for roles'

Once you have a new account or have logged into your existing pitchero account Subscription Payments for this season should be made here by selecting the correct item: https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/avonmoutholdboys/payments/category/membership

Playing Kit:

If club kit is required (Shorts / Socks etc) can be purchased from our club shop on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings from Mark Souch. Stock can be limited at times so anything that's required but not in stock you may find it on our online shop here: https://vx-3.com/collections/avonmouth-old-boys-rfc

If anyone has any issues with either GMS log in's or Pitchero please speak to your coach who can direct your concerns to the relevant club committee member.
