Aylestonians RFC are a rugby club that are on the comeback from some very difficult times. Founded in 1921 Aylestonians formed one of the many inner city rugby clubs at the time. Unfortunately due to various reasons a lot of these clubs have disappeared. Throughout this difficult period, Aylestonians RFC have managed to continue in being a fun, family orientated club regardless of the levels of rugby it has been involved in.

Aylestonians RFC now finds itself with a rugby squad formed of old, not so old and young players, of all abilities and experience. The club is now on a sound financial footing and is generating a modest profit that is enabling it to develop the on and off field aspects of ARFC.
