Your rugby club is keen to reflect your requirements as members and aims to grow and develop the club in ways which meet your needs and expectations. The club committee is introducing a strategic plan to help ensure a successful and sustainable future for the club and would like your views and feedback on the strategic goals in this plan and your experience of being a member at Baildon RUFC in a member’s questionnaire.

This questionnaire follows on from last year's survey on facilities and covers our strategic objectives for development of the Club, how we serve you as members and some of the Club's operations. Please take the time to complete the questionnaire in the next few days on-line. It should only take a few minutes to complete and your views and feedback would be very much appreciated.

The club is being supported in this activity by one of its members, Carolyn Escreet who is part of the Girls Rugby coaching team at Baildon and is also a student at Bradford University School of Management, studying for a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Carolyn has been working with the committee to review the Club's operations and questionnaire results will be used in her degree thesis.

Our survey of members last year on the Development Plan to improve facilities at the Club was extremely helpful and has helped us make some improvements already to Clubhouse toilets, the third playing pitch for junior rugby and the sprucing up of changing facilities. Further preparations are being made for additional changing facilities and we hope to bring you news about this and longer-term plans early in the 2019-20 playing season.
