Please contact the Club Rugby Safe Lead to
submit any Bakewell RFC Accident or Incident
Report Forms as these need to be completed as
hard copies and brought to the club within 7 days,
unless it is a RFU Reportable Injury Event Form
and this must be completed within the first 48
hours of the event.

Chris Earl is contactable through the 'Contacts' section of the club
website for any questions or queries that parents or teams may
have.

In the event that Chris is not contactable, the Rod Bell or Denzil
Bowyer (Club Chair and Vice Chair) should be connected instead

Please be aware that the report forms currently need to be printed
off as they are in PDF format & the links within them are not active.
There will be copies in the First Aid Bags in due course
