I've been very lucky to play alongside a few really good players, but the one that stands out is Carl Baker. He was by far the best player at Southport by a country mile. He would do things in training that I've still got no idea how he did them.

Best ground you've played at?

I got to play at Tranmere Rovers for Southport in a pre season friendly, and it was like playing on a carpet?

Best trainer at the club?

I'd love to say me, but I think I take the worst trainer title. Sam Houghton is one of the best trainers, but it's like training with a hypoactive kid as he doesn't stop from the minute he arrives until he leaves.

Personal targets for the season?

Obviously the overall target is to get Barnton safely over the line to stay in the division next season. My personal target is to get double figures for goals and to beat our Jason in the goal scoring charts.
