2016-17 finalists Barry enter this year's Nathaniel MG Cup in the Round of 16 on Tuesday; with Afan Lido to visit Jenner Park in a 7.45pm kick-off.
Lido are three-time holders of the national trophy, securing the silverware in each of its first two seasons and again in 2012.
Barry have meanwhile lifted the cup on four successive occasions, from 1997 to 2000, before finishing as runners-up in 2001 and 2017.
Their most recent meeting in this competition, played at the same stage in October 1999, ended in a 2-0 away win for Barry, with Jody Jenkins and Darren Davies on target in Port Talbot.
Barry come into this fixture off the back of two consecutive JD Welsh Premier League victories, while Lido currently sit sixth in Welsh League Division One, with four wins, a draw and a defeat.
Admission on the turnstiles on Tuesday is at the regular rate of £7 (adults), £5 (senior citizens/students) and £3 (children).
The tie must be settled on the evening, via penalties if required.
